If you're not happy, I'm not happy! I want you to love your purchase from my small shop but I understand you may need to make a return.

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. If you wish to return your purchase, please email zahrasplace@outlook.com and include in the subject line your order number and request for refund. Please also include the reason for return in your email. Alternatively, you could fill out the form below including your request for refund, order number, and reason for return. 

I make every effort to respond promptly to your emails and will contact you with instructions in 24 to 48 hours. The purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment once the product is received in its original packaging. Due to the nature of my small business, customers are responsible for any costs associated with the return. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
